These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Avestix Frontier website (the "Site"). By using the Site you agree to be bound by these Terms, as they may be modified from time to time.
These terms apply to every Avestix Frontier membership purchase, from any page: Frontier, Voyager, Sovereign and the Founders Club.
Fourteen-day cancellation. A new membership may be cancelled in full, with a complete refund, within fourteen days of purchase, provided no member benefit has been used and no event place has been taken up.
After fourteen days. Annual membership fees are non-refundable after that period. Membership runs for twelve months from the date of purchase; the Renewal clause below explains what happens at the end of it.
Transfer of a retreat place. A retreat place may be transferred to another qualified family office principal with thirty days’ notice. The notice must be in writing, and the new attendee goes through the same eligibility review that applies to a new member.
If the retreat does not take place. Should the Avestix Frontier Flagship Retreat be cancelled or rescheduled by Avestix Frontier, your membership continues and your retreat place carries to the next scheduled retreat.
Renewal. Frontier, Voyager and Sovereign renewal charges are non-refundable. The fourteen-day cancellation window applies to the first purchase only. To stop a renewal, cancel before the renewal date through the customer portal; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid year.
Nothing in these terms limits a right you have under the consumer law that applies to you. To transfer a place, or for any question about these terms, email memberships@avestix.com.
Frontier, Voyager and Sovereign memberships renew automatically each year at the same price, until you cancel.
Renewal charges are non-refundable. We email you a reminder 30 days before each renewal.
You can cancel at any time before the renewal date through the Stripe customer portal: Manage or cancel your membership. Cancellation ends your membership at the end of the paid year, with no partial refund for the rest of that year.
The Founders Club founding fee is a one-time payment. It does not renew.
Unless otherwise expressly stated to the contrary, the information on this Site is not a recommendation to invest in any products or services offered by any Avestix company. These Terms and Conditions may be modified at any time by Avestix, and you agree to continue to be bound by the Terms as modified. We will give notice of changes by publishing revised Terms on this Site; we will not separately notify you of these changes.
If the whole or any part of a provision of these Terms is void, unenforceable, or illegal in a jurisdiction, it is severed for that jurisdiction. The remainder of the Terms has full force and effect, and the validity or enforceability of that provision in any other jurisdiction is not affected. This clause has no effect if the severance alters the basic nature of the Terms or is contrary to public policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Avestix will not be liable in any way for any loss or damage suffered by you through use of or access to this Site, or through Avestix's failure to provide this Site. Our liability for negligence, breach of contract, or contravention of any law as a result of our failure to provide this Site or any part of it, which cannot be lawfully excluded, is limited, at our option and to the maximum extent permitted by law, to resupplying this Site or any part of it to you, or to paying for the resupply of this Site or any part of it to you.
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the law in force in the State of Delaware, and the parties irrevocably submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, and the courts of appeal from them, for determining any dispute concerning these Terms.
