Pay by cardStripe collects your name, email, phone and card details and processes the payment. Avestix Frontier never sees or stores your card number.

Confirmation by emailStripe emails your receipt immediately. The membership team then confirms your place at the Retreat, and joining details, venue address, hotel group discount codes and the final agenda follow by email.

Before you pay. Your membership renews automatically each year until you cancel: $27,500 for Voyager, $55,000 for Sovereign. Renewal charges are non-refundable, so cancel before your renewal date if you do not want to continue. We email you a reminder 30 days before each renewal. Manage or cancel your membership. What the Retreat program covers

- Flights to and from Grand Cayman
- Accommodation — no hotel or room is bundled with registration
- Airport transfers and ground transport
- Anything outside program hours, including meals, excursions and incidentals
Registration buys a place in the program and nothing else. Hotels are self-booked: group discount codes of 10–15% are sent with your registration confirmation, together with the recommended properties — ask the membership team at memberships@avestix.com if you need them before you enrol. You can cancel a new membership for a full refund within fourteen days of purchase, as long as no member benefit or event place has been used. After that, fees are non-refundable. A retreat place may be transferred to another qualified family office principal with thirty days’ notice. Who should attend?
The Retreat is built for family office principals, typically $50M+ AUM; next-generation heirs aged 21–40; women inheriting wealth; professional athletes and entertainers building structures so sudden wealth becomes generational wealth; a curated group of corporate sponsors across AI, tax, security and succession; and expert facilitators. Two hundred and fifty attendees in total.

How much does it cost?
Two memberships are sold on this page: Voyager at $27,500/yr or Sovereign at $55,000/yr. Membership is priced per family, renews automatically each year until you cancel, and is charged in US dollars.
Frontier, at $10,000/yr, carries a priority invitation to the Retreat rather than a confirmed place, so it is not sold here — enrol at Frontier on the membership page instead.
The Founders Club is a $15,000 one-time founding fee, limited to fifty founding families, and it is not bought on this page. See the membership page.
When should I arrive?
The Retreat runs 1–3 February 2027: arrival and the welcome reception on Sunday 31 January, then three full working days, Monday to Wednesday. We recommend arriving by 4pm on Sunday 31 January.
Can I bring family or guests?
Yes. A member invites a guest by telling the membership team who they’re bringing: email memberships@avestix.com. Invited guests attend complimentary, so there is no guest ticket to buy. Not a member? Ask the member inviting you, or enrol above. Family members are covered by the membership; they are not counted as guests. We actively encourage next-generation heirs aged 21–40 and spouses to attend. For how a tier covers your family, speak to the membership team at memberships@avestix.com before you enrol.
What is the dress code?
Resort smart for the working days. Excursions are casual. The Foundation Gala Dinner on Wednesday evening, 3 February, is black tie.
Will sessions be recorded?
No. This is a Chatham House Rules retreat. You may take notes, but there is no audio or video recording.
