Speakers
Three working days on Seven Mile Beach, Grand Cayman — the strategy of the Frontier Year, put to the room and tested against the people executing it.
Speakers, confirmed as they're announced.
Eight speakers are confirmed for 2027. Two panel seats are still being filled.

Programme leaders are curated, not sold. Speaking slots are never available for purchase. Programme leaders participate on merit, not fee.
“Cybersecurity, Quantum, Robotics and Space” panel — two seats still being filled.

Working environments, not keynote theatre.
The Retreat is built around workshops, roundtables and fireside chats. Working sessions, not keynotes: every speaker leads a conversation with the families in the room. The room stays small enough that the person presenting a position is answering to the people who have to execute it, not performing to a crowd.
Each of the three days carries its own working theme, detailed on the Retreat Agenda.
This is the same discipline as the wider Frontier Year: the strategy of the year, executed in the room, in front of the people it's for.
Lead a session on Seven Mile Beach.
- Family office principals, CIOs and investment decision-makers (typically $50M+ AUM) actively deploying AI, restructuring portfolios or navigating succession, who want to share real-world experience — not pitch products — with 250 peer family offices.
- Corporate Sponsors (AI architects, cybersecurity firms, tax and law partners, wealth strategists, next-gen coaches, women's wealth advisors) who want to facilitate working sessions, not sales pitches, with principals actively seeking their expertise.
- Next-gen heirs and women inheriting wealth (ages 21–40) stepping into leadership, building a track record or navigating sudden wealth, who want to share their perspective in peer-to-peer conversation, not a panel.
- Subject matter experts — quantum computing researchers, stablecoin infrastructure builders, family governance consultants, UHNW-focused mental health therapists — who can translate complex topics into actionable frameworks for family offices.
- One 45–60 minute working session — not a presentation, not a pitch. Examples: “Build Your Family Office AI Stack in 90 Minutes” (live deployment); “Design Your Family Constitution in 90 Minutes” (template customization); a stablecoin treasury, payments and custody strategy workshop; or a hands-on term sheet negotiation simulation covering valuation, governance, liquidity and exit rights.
- Submit slides by 15 January 2027 — 16:9 aspect ratio, 1920×1080 resolution, minimum 24pt font, no copyrighted images. We'll provide a submission link.
- Attend one 30-minute pre-retreat prep call to align your session with the wider agenda and confirm room, AV and 1:1 logistics.
- Facilitate 3–6 curated 1:1 meetings, 45 minutes each — introductions made by Avestix, both sides opt in. No cold outreach, no follow-up spam.
- Adhere to Chatham House Rules. No recording of sessions, audio or video — attendees may take notes, but nothing is published or shared externally.
- Full retreat access — attend any session, join any track, participate in any working group across all three working days.
- Up to 6 curated 1:1 meetings with families actively seeking your expertise — introductions made by Avestix, both sides opt in.
- Bio and headshot placement on the Retreat Website, in the Speakers section, linked to your LinkedIn or website.
- Permission to repurpose your session content — slides and key takeaways — for your own marketing, website or social media, crediting the Avestix Frontier Flagship Retreat.
- Invitation to the Foundation Gala Dinner, Wednesday 3 February, with curated seating alongside principals actively seeking your expertise.
- A post-event recap deck (slides and key takeaways) within two weeks, for your own follow-up or content marketing.
- No speaker honorarium. This is a peer-to-peer working retreat, not a conference.
- No travel or accommodation coverage. Speakers self-book; group hotel discount codes are provided at registration.
